Hanoi in the daylight is a busy city with crowded streets and hustling pedestrians. But at night, it suddenly turns into a  quiet and romantic city. It looks like a shimmer in the darkness of the night with colorful lights. The picture was taken at Ho Guom Lake – the ‘heart’ of Hanoi.
